Menu Planning Monday

I decided that my whole collection of Everyday Food magazines needed to start getting used. I have several of these magazines and love looking at them right when I get them. So my menu planning for the week features recipes from Martha's magazines. With Thanksgiving over and Christmas mega season not quite here yet I hope to have some down time this week. I finally got a pile load of laundry knocked out. My schedule has been a mess so my goal is get back on track and stick to it, no matter what.

Monday- Baked Ziti, Salad and Garlic Bread

Tuesday- Baked Cornflake Crust Chicken, Hondo Corn Casserole (recipe from my friend Heather), wheat dinner rolls

Wednesday- Lighter Chicken Pot Pie

Thursday- Leftover Night

Friday-Dinner Out

Saturday- Thanksgiving Dinner at In-laws House

Sunday-Country-Fried Steak with Green Beans and Rice
