A New Week!!

Last week was a whirlwind of so many things that I finally am feeling back on track with life. I hate getting behind or feeling like I am digging out of a big hole. I promise that I am out of the hole for right now.
Its a new week so lets restart, I see that summer plans are starting to bust into our schedule but I know it will all work out and we will just work around them. I am fully ready to embrace the craziness! So lets hope this week is a success, I will update you from the field as the week progresses!
Breakfast: Banana Muffins, Blueberry Muffins, Smoothies and Omelets
Lunches: Brown Rice Wraps with Beans, Avocados and Salsa, Veggie Salads, Leftovers, and Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Sandwiches.
Monday:
Dinner: Bison Wraps and Sweet Potato Fries
To-Do: dust, clean mirrors and windows, Mow Lawn, Clean Up Family Room, Pick up dog do, Grocery Store
Workout: Gym (circuit training), Abs Workout
Tuesday:
Dinner: Finger Foods to take to the game, strawberries, crackers, cheese, celery and peanut butter sticks
To-Do: Royals Game with the Family, trash night, Bake Day
Workout: Yoga
Wednesday:
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Baked Artichokes and Salad
To-Do: Laundry Day
Workout: Gym (legs), Ab Workout
Thursday:
Dinner: Quinoa Polenta with Sauteed Lentils and Mushrooms
To-Do: Farmers Market, Yard Work Workout: Yoga
Friday:
Dinner: Roasted Veggie Pasta
To-Do: Softball Game, Pick up first CSA box
Workout: Gym (arms), Abs Workout
Saturday:
Dinner: Out
To-Do: End of Challenge Party, Wizards Game, Farmers Market
Workout: Bike Ride, Abs Workout
Sunday:
Dinner: Baked Brie with Sundried Tomatoes and Crackers, Salad & Lemon Bars
To-Do: Church, Picnic for lunch at church, Picnic for dinner at firework celebration, Menu Planning
Workout: Break

I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I LOVE how you add your workouts and to-do list to your menu. I need to do something like that to hold myself accountable, and to keep myself organized!
