Courtney Around the blogging world I kept seeing post for the love of Kale Chips! I thought why not give it a try. Kale is an amazing little vegetable that lots of antioxidants because it full of beta carotenes, Vitamin K, A, and C. It is an easier green to grow and it does good in cool weather!
I went with a simple recipe of just roasting the kale in the oven. It reminded much of the taste of broccoli but in the end I prefer the taste of broccoli over the kale. I plan on trying this recipe in the future for a bit of a twist on the chips!

Kale Chips
- kale
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- parmesan cheese (vegetarian) or nutritional yeast (vegan)
Heat over to 400 degrees
Rinse and make leafs into bite size pieces
Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix around to cover all leaves, lay leafs flat and place in oven.
Bake about 5 minutes on each side, making sure they are getting a nice crispy brown but not burnt.
Enjoy!
