mango green smoothie

Courtney In my Fresh Connect Box this week was a mango. I normally dont eat mangos but I know that a lot of people love them, my sister being one! I decided that I would add this beautiful fruit to my smoothie to mix it up a bit and it actually turned out pretty good! I had some leftover kale that I think in a smoothie can be somewhat over powering but it worked well with the mango. I am really happy I tried it because kale is so great for you and mango also has some great health benefits!

Mango Green Smoothie
ingredients
- handful of kale (any green you have on hand will work)
- one mango
- banana
- flaxseed oil
- 1/4 cup water
directions
place all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth. pour and drink!
