Over the past 5 weeks I have been working my hiney off to get the house in order. I would really like to think its the new me, the new person I am striving to be, organized and clean all the time! Sadly, I don't think that is it, I think one plus of being pregnant for what seems like 2 full years to bring home one baby, is nesting. My house has gone through tons of organization and purging, the Goodwill has see me about 6 times in the past month and my carpets are looking pretty! I guess in a few months we will see if it was the nesting or the new me but for now I am going with nesting!

For me the issue with pregnancy is not having any trouble getting pregnant, its the risk of the end, the risk of a blood clot, the risk of another stillbirth but I am trying to look at the positives. Right now the positive is nesting and well I am not complaining about this one! I have one pretty home, so if you are blessed to get pregnant, nesting is your friend!!

Other than being a mommy, wife, cook, cleaner, bill manager, my husband administrative assistant and whatever else you can think a stay at home mom does, this is my work! I organize and redo areas that are not working around the house!

I love my laundry room, so glad I added extra shelves! Nothing pretty, just practical!

Adding Baskets to the top of my cabinets, opened up so much space in my drawers! (the inside of the cabinets are all organized to but talk about boring seeing inside my cabinets!)

I was able to clean out my kitchen island and create a space to store my craft stuff and school planning. Still working on this, but much than it being scattered around the house in different places!

Have I mentioned how much I love this island, it didn't come with the house, we got it for a good deal and it was a great purchase, I adore it! (although the top is in desperate need for resanding)

Sneak Peak of the Nursery!! Have two more things to add to the room and than will show off its beauty! This is the diaper changing area! The baskets are perfect for storing all the cloth diapers!

More baskets for the nursing area. Each basket holds anything that can be helpful during nursing! Waiting on a few personalized items to fill up the shelve, so ignore the bare spots!

I have a few more areas that we organized over the past couple of weeks but I plan to show them off later! Can you tell I am one proud momma of my organized home!
