I read this book when I was on vacation in Florida. It was the perfect book for me to just get lost in on the beach.

Good:  I loved the whole story, traveling around the world to find herself. I would imagine the places she was in and all the lovely colors. I also loved reading about areas that truly interest me, it made me want to book a trip to find myself!

Bad: I felt like she didnt really give a good enough reason to just walking out of her marriage. She made it seem like her husband was so upset but she gave him everything. I understand being upset but I really feel like she was lacking real information. It seems like something else my have happened.

I cant even describe how much I love this video!! It really is fantastic. I love that is only 20 minutes but it really does give you an awesome workout. The different levels are great for people who might think the first is just a bit easy! I sure didnt but you might!

All I can say is, you might get your abs back that have been missing for some years! (enough to buy right!)

(I will admit though I have a unhealthy relationship with Jillian Michaels! I am addicted to her work outs and love her on Biggest Loser!)

I love cookbooks. I dont have a whole load of them but if I find ones that I really like than I keep them! This is one that I am keeping. It has lots of fun ingredidents that are very healthy for you and incorporate lots of new things I have never used in cooking before!
